转炉冶炼过程钢液氮含量变化分析

摘要 通过对150t转炉冶炼过程取样分析,发现在吹炼前、中期,随着C-O反应速度的提高,脱氮速度也提高,吹炼后期随C-O反应速度减弱,脱氮速度也减弱,后期随补吹次数和时间增加,脱氮速度呈负增长,钢液吸氮严重。因此,提高C-O反应速度和缩短吹炼时间,减少补吹次数和时间,可以提高脱氮速度,降低钢液氮含量。 Through sample analysis of the 150t converter smelting process, it was found that during early and mid- dle periods of smelting the denitrifying rate increases with the increase of C-O reaction rate, and in the late period of smelting the denitrifying rate slows down with the weakening of O-O reaction. Later on with more re-blows and longer re-blow time, the denitrifying rate becomes negative and nitrogen absorption by liquid steel is serious. Therefore, in- creasing O-O reaction rate, shortening blowing time and reducing the number and time of re-blows can improve denitrif- ying rate and reduce nitrogen content in steel.
