摘要
化工企业中储罐的火灾爆炸事故的四种形态有池火灾(POOL FIRE)、火球(FIRE BALL)、喷射火(JET FIRE)、闪火(又名突发火,FLASH FIRE)。根据火灾事故统计资料分析,池火灾、喷射火和火球爆炸的后果往往非常严重,因此重点研究了这三种火灾的事故后果。依据这三种火灾的数值模型并参考相关伤害/破坏准则,对汽油罐区和化学品罐区进行了火灾后果模拟,估算出了火灾时的伤害/破坏距离、人员伤亡人数,研究结果及编制软件对罐区设置消防设施和制定应急救援预案具有一定的参考价值。
In chemical factory ,the tank fire explosion accident has four kinds of forms which are pool fire ,fire ball, jet fire and flash fire. According to the statistics analysis on fire accidents, the consequences of pool fire, fire ball, jet fire are often very serious, so this paper mainly studies the three fire accident consequences. This paper on the basis of three fires numerical model and reference fire damage / failure criteria, it performed fire consequence simulation of gasoline tank farm and chemicals tank farm and estimated the fire damage / destruction of distance ,the number of casualties. The results of the study and preparation of the software have some reference value about set fire control facilities in tank farm and formulate emergency rescue plans.
