摘要
在职业生涯发展的过程当中,很多人会经历一个"职业高原"阶段,感觉职业生涯发展进入停滞期。通过分析法对职业生涯发展的阶段、职业生涯的内涵和诱因进行阐述,从辅导员自身的意识、对职业的认识、开发自身的潜能、完善管理机制等方面提出应对辅导员职业高原的对策。
In the process of career development, a lot of people will experience a ＂professional plateau＂stage, a kind of feeling that career development is lagging behind. Through the analysis of career development stages, the paper expounded the connotation and the causes of his career and put forward some countermeasures to counselor career plateau from the aspects of instructors＆#39; own awareness, understanding of career, the potential of their own self-development, and the management mechanism perfection, etc.
