摘要
产学研合作是高职院校提升内涵建设、实现自身可持续发展的必要途径,也是衡量一个学校科技成果转化能力的重要依据。进入"后示范"时期,高职院校应致力于构建产学研长效深度合作的激励约束机制,探讨出适合自身发展的产学研协同创新运作机制,从而提升自身的社会服务与辐射推广力。
Industry- College - Research Cooperation is necessary for higher vocational colleges to promote the connotation con- struction as well as to realize sustainable development. Howerer, there still are lots of problem during the post -demonstration con- struction. Therefore, higher vocational colleges should be committed to the construction of the incentive and restraint mechanisms of long- term cooperation and explore collaborative innovation operation mechanism researoh for its development, so as to enhance their social service and radiation extension force.
