摘要
参照北京地铁某地段砂卵石地层盾构施工中使用的盾构机刀盘刀具结构,重建了刀盘刀具的三维实体模型;根据地层特性参数计算出了切刀、先行刀和周边刀的切削力以及地层对刀盘的压力和摩擦力,建立了盾构机刀盘的有限元计算模型;针对刀盘初始切削、掘进砂卵石地层和遇到大粒径卵石三种工况,分别分析刀盘刀具的受力特性,得出了应力应变分布规律,并结合工程实例提出刀盘结构的改进措施.
A three-dimensional entity model of shield cutterhead and cutters is reconstructed by referring to the structure of shield cutterhead and cutters, which is used in a section of Beijing metro in Sandy Cobble Stra- tum. The extrusion force of the stratum to shield cutterhead, force of friction and cutting force of cutter bit, first tools and circumference cutting bit are computed based on the characteristic parameter of stratum, and the finite' element calculation model of shield cutterhead is established. According to the three conditions of the initial cutting of eutterhead, the cutting in Sandy Cobble Stratum and encountering big diameter cobbles, me- chanical characteristics of shield eutterhead and cutters are analyzed respectively, so that the rule of stress- strain is educed. In addition, the improvement measures of the cutterhead structure are proposed for a practical project.
