部分流颗粒捕集器效率及对发动机性能的影响

摘要 颗粒捕集技术是降低柴油机颗粒物排放的最有效的手段之一,但是加装部分流颗粒捕集器后会对柴油机的性能产生一定影响。本试验在发动机台架上进行了柴油机的欧洲稳态循环(ESC)测试,随着捕集器内沉积颗粒物的增多,分析了捕集效率对柴油机排气背压、燃油经济性以及排放特性的影响。试验结果表明:加装部分流颗粒捕集器后柴油机NOX排放变化不明显,但是随着沉积颗粒物的增多,最终燃油消耗率增加4%左右,排气背压上升约9 kPa。 The technology of diesel particulate filter is one of the most effective ways to meet with diesel particulate emission control. However,there will be some influence on diesel engine properties when diesel particulate filter( DPF) is fixed. In this paper the bench test was conducted with European steady-state cycle( ESC) on a diesel engine. The effects of filtration efficiency on exhaust back pressure,characteristics of fuel economy and emissions were discussed when the particles were increased on the part-diesel particulate filter( P-DPF). The results showed that when DPF is fixed,total quantity of NOXemission remain constant. But with the increasing in the particle,the final fuel consumption is increased by about 4%,and the exhaust back pressure is increased about 9 k Pa.
