摘要
围绝经期综合征(PMS)是由于性激素减少而出现的一系列躯体、精神及心理症状。而雌激素有着调控血脂代谢的作用,性激素水平的下降可引起血脂代谢的紊乱和血液流变学改变,故围绝经期常合并血脂异常。其病机以肾虚为主,涉及心、肝、脾等多脏腑功能失调,致血瘀痰阻而成;西医则认为雌激素与脂代谢关系密切,雌激素水平的下降引起脂代谢紊乱。对其发病机制的正确认识可为针灸替代激素疗法提供更多的客观依据。
Perimenopausal syndrome(PMS) refers to a series of bodily,mental and psychological syndrome due to the decrease of sexual hormone. Female hormone has regulative effect on blood lipid metabolism. The decrease of sexual hormone can lead to the disorder of blood lipid metabolism and the change of hemorheology. Therefore, PMS is often accompanied by lipid abnormality. In the field of traditional Chinese medicine,pathogenesis of PMS mainly has relation with kidney deficiency,and involves in the dysfunction of multiple viscera such as heart,liver and spleen, which results into blood stasis and phlegm blockage. In the field of western medicine, it is reported that female hormone has a close relation with lipid metabolism,and the decrease of female hormone resulting into the disorder of lipid metabolism. The exploration of the pathogenesis of PMS will provide more objective evidence for the replacement of hormone therapy with acupuncture therapy during the treatment.
