摘要
颈椎病是一种缓慢进行的骨质退行性病变，可分为颈型、神经根型、脊髓型等分型，颈型为早期阶段。通过文献整理，本文将从传统医学认识、现代医学研究和中医治疗三个方面论述颈型颈椎病，认为在治疗作用上，以手法、针灸、中药为主的中医治疗在颈型颈椎病中疗效显著，且副作用小，具有较好的应用前景。
Cervical spondylosis, which is a kind of showly progressive bone degeneration, can be divided into several types such as cervical type, ra-dicular type, myeloid type, while cervical type is the early stage. By sorting out literatures, this article would discuss the cervical-type cervical spon-dylosis from three aspects：the traditional medical knowledge, modern medical studies and TCM treatment, which considers that on the therapeutic ef-fect, the TCM treatment that mainly with manipulation, acupuncture and Chinese herbs can get significant curative effect on cervical-type cervical spondylosis and less side effects, makes it has great application foreground.
