神经肽P物质在糖尿病足溃疡皮肤中的表达变化 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨神经肽P物质(SP)在糖尿病足溃疡(DFU)皮肤中的表达变化。方法免疫组织化学法观察对照(Con)、非糖尿病DFU(NDFU)组和DFU组皮肤组织中SP及增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)的表达特点。结果SP表达量在Con、NDFU和DFU组分别为79.64、65.12和45.30(P<0.01)。PCNA阳性细胞率在Con、NDFU和DFU组分别为(35.120±7.314)%,(33.880±4.055)%和(28.320±9.332)%,NDFU组与Con、DFU组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),但NDFU组和Con组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 DFU患者边缘皮肤中SP表达量减少,可能是导致糖尿病患者创面炎症反应异常及创面修复细胞增殖功能受损,从而引起创面修复受损的原因之一。 Objective To study the change of substance P(SP) in skins on the edge of diabetes foot ulcers. Methods Observing the expression of SP and PCNA by immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of SP was highestin normal controls group, followed by non-diabetic chronic ulcers group, and lowest in diabetic foot ulcers group(?9.64,65.12,45.30) and it was statistically significant among three groups (P〈0. 01). The number of PCNA-positive cells showed the same trend, it was statistically significant between diabetic chronic ulcers group and normal controls group, between diabetic chronic ulcers group and no-diabetic chronic ulcers group (P〈0.01) ,but it was not significant difference between non- diabetic chronic ulcers group and normal controls group (P〉0.05). Conclusion The expression of SP in skins of diabetic foot chronic ulcers is reduced, which may lead to abnormal inflammatory response in diabetic wounds and impaired proliferation of repaired cells,and then it is an important cause for diabetic refractory wound.
