摘要
利用Pro/Engineer软件的模具设计及注塑成型分析功能,完成了2套儿童益智玩具零件注塑模具的整体设计,重点研究了儿童玩具注塑模具设计过程中深筒形零件模具冷却系统的设计方案,以及弯管零件模具的侧向抽芯机构设计。基于Plastic Advisor软件的分析结果,从提出的几种冷却系统设计方案中找到了最优的方案,结合国内外经验案例,为深筒成型模具设计了行之有效的冷却系统。最后完成了零件的快速原型制造。为解决在缩短模具冷却时间的同时尽量减少制件收缩和变形等技术问题提供了行之有效的方法。
Based on the mould design and injection molding analysis function of Pro/Engineer,two suits of ehildren toys injection mold were designed. The key techniques of the cooling system design for the deep cylindrical parts mold and the side corepulling mechanism design for the bend parts moht were studied. Based on the analysis results of Plastic Advisor, the optimal solution was found. Combining the domestic and foreign cases, the cooling system for the deep cylindrical forming die was designed. Finally the rapid prototyping parts were made. A method to reduce shrinkage and deformation at the same time reducing mold cooling time was proposed.
