摘要
用原位聚合法制备了聚丙烯腈纤维/铸型尼龙6(PANF/MCPA6)的原位复合材料,研究PANF/MCPA6复合体系随着不同反应时间、不同PANF含量的力学性能、微观形貌和结晶与熔融的变化.结果表明:反应时间30~60 min,FANF添加量为1%时能够明显提高复合体系的强度,随着反应时间延长,PANF含量增加,复合体系韧性呈增加趋势.在反应时间为15 min时1%的PANF在MCPA6基体中能够均匀分布,在240 min未观察到PANF存在.不同反应时间、不同比例的PANF对MCPA6的结晶和熔融影响不大.
The preparation of polyacrylonitrile fiber/Monomer cast nylon 6(PANF/MCPA6) in-situ composite materials was synthesized by in - situ polymerization,the mechanical properties,microstructure and crystallization and melting behavior of composite systems were studied by changing the reaction time and proportion of PANF. The results showed that when reaction time was 30 -60 min and the content of PANF was 1% ,the strength of PANF/MCPA6 systems was improved obviously. The toughness of the composite systems had the tendency to be improved by extending reaction time or increasing the content of PANF. PANF dispersed uniformity in MCPA6 matrix when time was 15 min,there was no PANF to be found in sight when reaction time was 240 min. The crystallization and melting of MCPA6 was uninfluenced substantially by changing the reaction time or the proportion of PANF.
