摘要
基于Fluent动网格及UDF编程技术对二维流场中振动带肋矩形直通道的流动与换热特性进行了数值模拟,分析了振幅和频率对其换热特性的影响。数值计算表明,相比于静止的带肋矩形直通道的换热,振动对其换热有一定的影响,并且随着振幅和频率的提高,振动强化换热效果越显著;振动同时也使通道内的流场结构发生了改变,振幅和频率的提高都能使通道内的静压迅速地增加,振动时静止通道内两肋片之间尺度大小不一的两个漩涡随着振幅、频率的提高,漩涡尺度相继变小,直至最后都被主流带走。
Numerically simulated were the flow and heat exchange characteristics of a rectangular straight channel with ribs being vibrated in a two-dimensional flow field based on the Fluent mobile grid and UDF( user defined function) programming technology and analyzed was the influence of the amplitude and frequency on the heat exchange characteristics.The numerical calculation results show that compared with the heat exchange in a static rectangular straight channel with ribs,the vibration has a certain influence on the heat exchange and with an increase in the amplitude and frequency,the heat exchange effectiveness intensified by the vibration becomes more and more evident.In the meantime,the vibration can also force the configuration in the flow field inside the channel to be changed and to increase either amplitude or frequency can make the static pressure in the channel quickly increase.During the vibration,the two vortices in different sizes existing between the two ribs inside the channel will become smaller and smaller one after another with an increase of the amplitude and frequency until they are all finally carried away bythe main stream.
