摘要
科技金融作为科技创新活动与金融创新活动的深度结合,是国家自主创新示范区实现技术创新和金融创新"两轮"驱动的重要支撑,也是示范区先行先试的重要任务。在分析示范区战略定位及其科技金融需求基础上,剖析了武汉东湖等示范区科技金融体系建设,并对长株潭国家自主创新示范区科技金融体系发展现状、存在问题和建设对策进行了探讨,以助推长株潭国家自主创新示范区建设。
As the deepened combination of science ＆ technology innovation activities and financial innovation activities,science ＆ technology finance is not only the vital support to the national indigenous innovation demonstration zones＇ implementation of technological innovation and financial innovation, but also the important trial task of these zones. Based on the analysis of the national indigenous innovation demonstration zones＇ strategic positioning and its demand of science ＆ technology finance, the paper studies the system construction of science ＆ technology finance in Donghu National Indigenous Innovation Demonstration Zones, etc. Furthermore, the paper discusses the status, problems and countermeasures of the system construction of science ＆ technology finance in Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan to promote the construction of Chang-Zhu- Tan National Indigenous Innovation Demonstration Zone.
