摘要
为进一步挖掘、整合河南民间传统体育健身项目资源,使民间传统体育项目得以保护、推广和普及,选取具有代表性的地区作为研究范围,研究了河南民间具有代表性的传统健身项目的分类、分布特点、数量、演变特点和开展的现状,对河南民间传统体育资源的保护、整合和发展提出了对策和建议。
For the sake of further digging and making up the resources of traditional folk sports, more over popularizing these traditional sports, the article investigates and studies the traditional folk sports in Henan province. The author discovers that the resources of traditional folk sports is rich in content but more complicated and the popularity of these items are not satisfactory-some of them were verging on extincttion. So from many aspects, the opinion about protecting and developing traditional folk sports is suggested in order to make these items develop and grow.
