胰腺囊性肿瘤不同手术方式临床分析

摘要 目的分析胰腺囊性肿瘤不同术式治疗的效果及安全性。分析不同术式的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析该院2004年1月-2012年1月入院确诊为胰腺囊性肿瘤患者36例。结果不同胰腺囊性肿瘤的发病年龄及性别差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同肿瘤类型好发部位及主要术式差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论具体手术方案应根据肿瘤的大小、部位、病理类型、与主胰管的关系、患者年龄等综合考虑,以使患者最大获益。
