摘要
DREB(Dehydration responsive element binding)蛋白属于植物AP2/EREBP(APETALA2/Ethylene-responsive element binding protein)类转录因子。我们通过表达谱分析,从强耐逆植物蒙古沙冬青(Ammopiptanthus mongolicus)中鉴定出一个受寒旱诱导表达的DREB基因(命名为AmDREB2),并利用PCR方法克隆到其cDNA和gDNA,均由528bp组成,无内含子。推测其编码蛋白含158个氨基酸残基和1个保守的AP2结构域及核定位信号,很可能定位于细胞核。本论文为深入研究该基因的功能奠定了基础。
DREB(Dehydration responsive element binding) proteins belong to the AP2/EREBP(APETALA2/Ethylene- responsive element binding protein) transcription factors in plants.Based on expression profile analysis,we identified a DREB gene(designated as AmDREB2) which was significandy induced by both cold and drought stresses from Ammopiptanthus mongolicus,a plant with very strong tolerance to these stresses.The complete coding region cDNA and gDNA fragments of AmDREBl were cloned by PCR method,which all contain 528 base pairs and therefore is intronless.The predicted protein of this gene is composed of 158 amino acid residues,contains a conserved AP2 domain and a nuclear localization signal,and is most likely to be localized in nucleus.The work laid a foundation for further functional analysis of AmDREB2.
