摘要
将纳米镧锶钴铁(La0.6Sr0.4Co0.2Fe0.8O3)引入到聚醚砜铸膜液中,采用相转化法制备了镧锶钴铁/聚醚砜(LSCF/PES)混合基质膜,通过调节PES和LSCF的含量来提高膜性能。结果表明:当PES的含量为16%,LSCF的含量为3.2%时,膜的通量达到90.4 L/(m2h),在0.3 MPa和20℃的条件下,膜对氯化镁的截留率达到了25.8%。膜性能显著受LSCF的含量和纳米颗粒的聚集影响,通过调节铸膜液配方,有望将其应用于苦咸水脱盐。
La0.6Sr0.4C0.2Fe0.8O3/polyethersulfone (LSCF/PES) mixed matrix membranes (MMMs) were prepared by means of phase inversion method. The PES and LSCF concentrations were changed to improve the membrane performance. The results show that: when the PES concentration is 16% and the LSCF weight ratio of the polymer is 3.2%, the membrane flux is 90.4 L/(m^2h), and the rejection of MgCl2 is 25.8% at 0.3 MPa and 20℃. The membrane performance is greatly affected by the concentration of LSCF and aggregation of the nanoparticles.
