摘要
现代板桩码头项目经营管理具有投资大、施工周期长、市场透明化、经营风险复杂且多变等特点。针对以往板桩码头在建设发展过程中出现的主要经营管理问题,依托京唐港26#~27#集装箱码头工程,提出3点经营管理方法:(1)以“单位劳动时间成本”作为板桩码头利润空间的评价标准;(2)提高绩效考核与评价的科学合理性,推行公平公正公开的薪酬分配标准化管理方法;(3)经营的风险管理采用预危险性分析法,对潜在的市场、国家政策等环境风险作出宏观的概略的分析。
Now the operating management of sheet pile wharf project has the characteristics of large investment,long con-struction period,market transparency,complex and changeable operational risk.With the background of 26#-27#con-tainer terminal project,aiming at the main problems in the operating management of sheet pile wharf during construction, three methods of operating management are put forward:(1 )“unit labor time cost”is used as the evaluation standard of sheet pile wharf profit space;(2)fair and open standardization of salary allotment can improve the scientific and reasonable performance appraisal and evaluation;(3 )risk management uses preliminary hazard analysis to make the macroscopical and brief prediction on the potential environmental risk of market and state policy.
