基于可变容积力加载装置的研制

摘要 采用密闭容积内电动缸伸缩挤压液体的方式,研制了一种力加载装置。实验结果表明,本文所研究的力加载装置具有加载稳定、精度高、结构优良等优点,为被加载轴的受力分析提供了优良设备。加载装置可在静态载荷75 T的基础上叠加幅值最大为13 T、频率最高为4 Hz的动态加载力。 A novel way which squeezes the contained liquid by controlling the position of an electric cylinder piston is used to develop a force loading device. The experimental results show that the developed force loading device has some advantages, such as good loading stability, high precision and excellent structure etc. This paper has provided a fine loading equipment for force analysis. The force loading device can provide superposition force which is composed of 75 T static force and dynamic force that the maximum amplitude is 13T and the maximum frequency is 4 Hz.
