摘要
目的探讨穴位按摩治疗混合痔术后便秘的效果。方法选取混合痔术后便秘的患者70例,用随机数字表法分为治疗组36例和对照组34例,对照组给予便秘常规护理,治疗组在对照组的基础上实施穴位按摩,选取:足三里(双)、中脘、大横(双)、天枢(双)、气海8穴,观察干预后2组患者排便情况。结果干预2周后,治疗组便秘改善总有效率达94.44%,优于对照组的70.59%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位按摩能刺激经穴,促进肠蠕动,通腑泻实,滋阴通便,改善术后便秘。
Objective To investigate the effect of acupressure on constipation after operation of mixed hemorrhoids. Methods 70 patients are randomly divided into the treatment group with 34 cases and the control group with 36 cases. The control group receives routine care of constipation, while experimental group is given acupressure besides the routine care. Results 2w later, the effect of the treatment group, whose effective rate is 94.44 %, is better than the control group with 70.59 % effective rate, the difference is statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Constipation can stimulate the acupuncture point, promote intestinal peristalsis, purge fu-organs to eliminate diarrhea, nourish Yin and relax bowel, thus could improve postoperative constipation of mixed hemorrhoids.
