摘要
作为液晶显示光学用TAC薄膜与TAC感光片基相比,对其性能指标都提出了更高的要求,尤其表观点状缺陷的控制标准更是由毫米级升至微米级,而TAC膜质量受多种因素影响。通过对混合溶剂中不同梯度含水量时,棉胶及刮片膜质量的影响情况分析,得出了混合溶剂中水分对TAC膜的影响,并最终优化得出混合溶剂中含水量的最佳控制范围。
Compared with TAC photographic base, TAC optical film for Liquid Crystal Display puts forward higher requirements on performance indicators, especially apparent dot defect which was from millimetres to micrometres. The TAC film quality is influenced by many factors. Through the different gradient of water content in mixed solvent, celloidin and scraping film was analysised for the effect of water in the mixed solvent of TAC film, and eventually optimize the optimum control of water content in the mixed solvent.
