摘要
采用不同浓度的表油菜素内酯分别对不同浓度铅胁迫下的玉米幼苗进行处理,研究不同浓度的表油菜素内酯缓解玉米幼苗铅毒害机理。结果表明与对照组相比,在铅胁迫下,玉米幼苗的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)显著降低,过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性有所升高,叶绿素含量显著降低,而脯氨酸含量显著升高;外施合适浓度的表油菜素内酯可以显著提高SOD、POD、CAT的活性(P<0.05),同时也使玉米幼苗叶片的叶绿素含量显著提高(P<0.05),脯氨酸含量却显著降低(P<0.05)。由此可见,适宜浓度的表油菜素内酯可缓解铅对玉米幼苗的抑制与毒害作用,并且在10-7mol·L-1时的缓解效应最好。这一结果为进一步探索表油菜素内酯的生理作用奠定基础。
To explore the mechanism for the external epibrassinolide relieving the toxic effect of lead on maize seedlings,maize seedlings were first treated by different concentration of lead,and then were treated using different concentration of external epibrassinolide. The results showed that there was a significant increase in the content of proline and the CAT activity of maize seedlings under lead stress,but there was also a significant decline of the content of chlorophyll and the SOD and POD activities. The further study indicated that the treatment of epibrassinolide could increase the activity of SOD,POD,CAT and the content of chlorophyll significantly,but reduce the content of proline significantly,suggesting a relieving effect of external epibrassinolide on lead toxicity. Taken together,our results provide the evidence that suitable treatment of epibrassinolide can relieve the toxic effect of lead on maize seedling. Interestingly,the optimal concentration( 10- 7mol·L- 1) was obtained in this study. The physiology roles of epibrassinolide must be subjected to further study.
