摘要
就医环境是医疗服务的基础,是增强患者满意度的重要因素。全文从就医环境的角度分析患者的心理变化、就医时对医疗机构可能产生的六种不良情绪,并通过人对环境的三种感知方式与就医环境的关系,探讨解决不良情绪的方法,提出医院环境建设中应该遵循的原则和思想,并通过环境影响感知的方式来削弱就医患者产生的不良情绪,以达到提高满意度的目的。
Hospital environment is the foundation of medical services and also an important factor to enhance patients' satisfaction. The emotional changes of patient and six kinds of bad feelings about medical institutions from the aspect of hospital environment were analyzed in this paper. A solution was suggested to deal with the bad feelings by the relationship between using three ways to percept the environment and medical environment. Provide the principles and guidelines which should be followed in the construction of the hospital environment. Put forward to environment im-pacts perception method,would be benefit to reduce the negative emotions as well as to enhance patients' satisfaction.
