摘要
中石化南化公司电厂3台220 t/h煤粉锅炉通过LNB+SCR脱硝技术改造,实现了烟气NOx排放50 mg/Nm3并优于国家标准。改造过程中,出现了排烟温度低、热风温度不够等问题,经过研究分析,找出原因,制定了有效措施,实施后效果明显。
Sinopec Nanjing Chemical Industries CO.,Ltd.,3 sets of 220 t/h Pulverized Coal boilers achieved feul gas NOx exhaust 50 mg/Nm3 and was better than national standard by LNB +SCR de-NOx technologies.It ap-peared low smoke tempareture and short of hot air temperature etc during the process of reform.De-NOx effect was improved after cause analysis and effect measures.
