摘要
拟上市公司云协同工作平台既要能合理的管理各类档案,又要能使用户在权限范围内进行信息查询。平台的终端用户多为拟上市公司的董秘或证券事务代表等,主要管理上市过程中产生的文件资料。根据这些用户的计算机水平、网络和软件情况进行的模块设计,诺干信息允许用户自行设定,包括分类设置、列表显示信息、自定义属性等。文章从普通客户端出发对平台总体功能结构和模块设计进行了介绍。
The Pre IPO Corporation cloud platform for collaborative work should not only reasonable management of all kinds of files,but also let user in the permissions allow query informations.The app’s end-user include the Pre IPO corporation ‘s Dong MI or Securities affairs representative,mainly generated documents.According to the IT level of the end-users,users can easy to set up the system and custom to use.Including the classification set,list display information,custom properties etc.The article from the ordinary client starting introduce the platform’s overall function structure and module design.
