摘要
为协调生产运输系统,西山煤电集团机电厂研制开发了适应性、机动性和实用性强,成本低的HXLC-00型滑靴式无轨自移设备列车,用于综采工作面重型设备及辅助材料的运输。本文分析了其设计研究内容及设计准则、工作原理和技术创新点,该设备列车经在西山煤电集团东曲矿使用,证实了无轨运输有着传统轨道运输无可比拟的优势,改善了工作环境,降低了工人的劳动强度,提高了工作效率,为矿井实现高产高效生产创造了条件。。
In order to coordinate production and transportation systems, Xishan coal electricity group electromechanical factory developed the HXLC -00 sliding boots type trackless self- moving equipment train which has strong adaptability, flexibility, practicability and low cost, being used to transport heavy equipment for full mechanized mining face and auxiliary materials. This article analyses its design and research content, design criteria, operating principle and technical innovations. By using the equipment train in Xishan coal electricity group Dongqu coal mine, confirmed the incomparable advantages of trackless transport compared with traditional railway transportation, improved working conditions production an d reduced the labor intensity of workers, increased work efficiency, created conditions to realize efficiency in the mine.
