摘要
介绍锅炉副钢架外侧最典型的紧身封闭结构设计,从风荷载、保温墙体板抗弯强度、自攻螺钉螺纹柱强度、支撑弯板螺纹牙强度、焊缝强度等方面进行计算,认为锅炉紧身封闭结构不仅密封可靠,而且受力强度也符合要求,该结构设计可行。
The most typical bounding wall enclosure architec-ture design of the outside of boiler's secondary steel frame isanalyzed in this paper. According to the calculation of windload, bending resistance of the heat preservation wail, screwrod strength of the self-tapping screw, screw thread toothstrength of the supporting bent plate and the welded joint in-tensity,and considers that it not only seals reliably, but alsomeets the requirements of the pressure intensity of the boun-ding wall enclosure, and this architecture design is feasible.
