摘要
介绍了九江市电力供需情况和电力需求侧管理发展现状,并分析了开展电力需求侧管理工作存在的主要障碍。在此基础上,提出了建设电能服务管理平台、规模实施能效电厂、推进电力负荷管理、促进电能服务产业发展、加强基础能力建设等实施策略。
The power supply and demand condition and development status of power demand side management of Jiujiang were introduced, and the main obstacle of carry out power demand side management was analyzed. On the basis of the above analysis, related strategy was proposed which is to construction power service management platform, scale implement energy efficiency power plant, push electric power load management, promote power service industry development, and strengthen the basic capacity-building.
