摘要
目的：探讨小儿急性充血性心力衰竭的药物治疗。方法选取临床2012年1月-2013年12月收治的31例急性充血性心力衰竭患儿临床资料进行分析。结果31例患者，显效21例，有效7例，无效3例，有效率90.32%。结论急性充血性心力衰竭为小儿常见急症，症状得到明显改善，活动耐量增加，心功能提高I-Ⅱ级。
Objective The medical treatment of children patients with acute congestive heart failure to be investigated. Methods Analyzing the clinical treatment data selected from 31 cases of children patients with acute congestive heart failure who are treated in hospital from January 2012 to December 2013. Results Of al 31 cases,21 cases of patients show a sign of improvement in their health state, and 7 cases are effective and 3 cases are ineffective,the effectiveness rate reaches to 90.32 percent. Conclusion Acute congestive heart failure is a common acute disease for children patients,with being treated,the patients’ symptoms have been improved to great extent,and exercise tolerance has been enhanced and cardiac function has been improved to I -Ⅱ degree..
