摘要
随着城市轨道交通的普及,地铁运行的安全性与可靠性越来越受到关注。其中,列车门控系统是与乘客人身安全相关的一项技术保障。鉴于进口设备的贸易垄断性和技术封闭性,针对其原有技术缺陷,通过多工况下的外特性连续性能检测采样,研究并开发了一种新型的门控单元实时故障检测装置。该装置实现了地铁列车运行的实时故障检测、记录、分析与远程交互控制功能,因此,能够为地铁的繁忙运行提供了一种高可靠性的安全保障技术。
With the popularization of the city metro system,the safety and reliability of train vehicle cause more and more attention.Door control unit is a technical guarantee for passengers＇ safety.Because of the monopoly trading powers and the blockade on new techniques of imported equipment,this paper designs a real time fault detection system for metro door control units,which can detect external characteristics and continuation properties under multi conditions.The system realizes the functions of real time fault detection,logging,analysis and interactive remote control for metro while running,which can provide high reliable safety insurance for metro＇s busy running.
