摘要
利用正交实验法对Al0.6Fe0.25Cu合金冷拉拔导线固溶和时效工艺参数进行优化,并对处理前后的组织和性能进行了研究。结果表明,在优先保证电导率并兼顾抗拉强度及伸长率的原则下,Al0.6Fe0.25Cu铝合金冷拉拔后固溶和时效处理的最优工艺参数为470℃固溶1h和120℃时效12h。经该工艺处理后,合金导线的电导率达60.49%IACS。
The solution treatment and aging process parameters of cold drawn Al0.6Fe0.25 Cu alloy were optimized by the orthogonal experiment method. The microstructure and properties were studied. The results show that the optimal process parameters of the solid solution and aging treatment is solution treatment at 470 ℃ for 1 h and aging at 120 ℃ for 12 h by the principle of in preference to ensure the electrical conductivity, and consideration to tensile strength and elongation. The electrical conductivity of the experimental alloy is 60.49%IACS after solution treatment at 470 ℃ for 1 h and aging at 120℃ for 12 h.
