摘要
为探讨提高直肠前突的手术疗效、减少并发症的治疗方案，回顾性分析25例直肠前突行手术治疗的患者临床资料。结果显示，25例经阴道行分离隔膜修复术，并针对不同合并症给予个性化的治疗方案，有效率达84％。结果表明，选择患者痛苦小、恢复快的手术方式和针对性强的个性化治疗方案是提高直肠前突治疗有效率的有效途径。
This study was to discuss the therapy to improve the surgical efficacy for rectocele and reduce complications,a retrospective study was conducted on the data of 25 surgical cases of rectocele.The results showed 25 cases underwent transvaginal repair of separated inter septum as well as individualized regimen for different complications,the effective rate was up to 84%.It is concluded that performing a surgical procedure with less pain and rapid recovery combined with individualized regimen is an effective way for rectocele.
