摘要
目的探讨综合康复训练措施对住院慢性精神分裂症患者治疗效果的影响。方法 70例住院慢性精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组(36例)与对照组(34例),研究组进行综合康复训练措施进行干预,对照组采用常规治疗护理干预,时间为48周。在实施干预前后,两组分别用阴性症状量表(SANS)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)和护士用住院病人观察量表(NOSIE)进行评定。结果研究组干预后SANS总分、ADL中总分及各分量表评分较干预前显著下降(P<0.01),研究组干预后SANS总分、ADL总分及各分量表评分显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。研究组干预后NOSIE中社会功能、社会兴趣、个人整洁因子和总积极因素评分显著高于对照组,与自身干预前比较显著上升(P<0.01);干预后的研究组激惹、精神病表现、抑郁、迟缓因子和总消极因素评分显著低于对照组,与自身干预前比较显著降低(P<0.01)。结论综合康复训练措施能减轻慢性精神分裂症患者的阴性症状,改善其生活质量和社会功能。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation training on the chronic schizophrenic inpatients. Methods 70 chronic schizophrenic inpatients were randomized into study group （36 cases ） and control group （34 cases ） treated with comprehensive rehabilitation training and control group （34cases） treated with conventional therapy for 48 weeks. All inpatients were assessed with Scale for Assessment of Negative Symptoms （SANS） , Activity of Daily Living Scale （ADL） and Nurses＂ Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation （NOSIE） at baseline and at the end of the 48 - week intervention. Results Total score of SANS, total score and factor scores of ADL in study group decreased significantly at the endpoint when compared with the baseline （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Total score of SANS, total score and factor scores of ADL at endpoint were significantly lower in study group than those in control group （P 〈 0. O1 ）. At the end of the intervention, factor scores of social ability, personal hygiene, social interest, as well as the total score of positive factors in NOSIE, were significantly higher in study group than those in control group. These items in study group were significantly improved when compared with the baseline （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Factor scores of irritation, psychosis, depression, retardation and the total score of negative factors in NOSIE at endpoint were significantly lower in study group than those in control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The comprehensive rehabilitation training can alleviate negative symptoms and improve the life quality and social function in chronic schizophrenic patients.
