摘要 机械式断带抓捕器使用输送带张紧力提供断带信号,断带判断可靠;抓捕机构使用摩擦自锁原理,结构简单,抓捕力稳定;抓捕后,整个输送带端面受力,可有效减少输送带损伤,防止二次断带的发生。进一步分析了摆臂的受力,给出了抓捕机构自锁的临界条件,为装置的优化提供了理论基础。 The mechanical type of broken belt protector is use of belt tension to provide broken belt signal, broken belt judgment and reliable; The broken belt protector use friction self-locking principle, simple structure and stability catching belt force. After catching, the force effect on the entire belt surface. This can effectively reduce the belt's damage and prevent the second broken belt. The paper further analyzes the interaction of swing arm, offers the critical condition of catching belt mechanism to self-locking and provides a theoretical basis for optimization design of product.
