摘要
建立了基于虚拟样机技术的以减振镗杆为例的动力学模型,仿真分析虚拟样机模型,优化改进后确定其最优参数变量。利用虚拟样机功能的优势进行了全面的仿真、分析和评估及优化改进。强调了从系统的角度模拟机械结构的结构和性能。在提高分析随便变量参数的共享和动态交换同时,也提出虚拟样机的可靠性仿真优化的步骤,表明了虚拟样机在产品开发过程中有一定的实用价值和理论意义。
A dynamic model of virtual prototype technology to vibration absorption boring bar based on the simulation analysis as an example, a virtual prototype model, the optimized to determine the optimal parameters. We use virtual function of the advantage for the comprehensive simulation, analysis and evaluation and optimization. It emphasizes the simulation structure and performance of mechanical structure from the point of view of system. At the same time we exchange to improve analysis of random variables parameter sharing and dynamic. The reliability simulation optimization steps of virtual prototype show that the virtual prototype in the process of product development has certain practical value and theoretical significance.
