摘要
矿井采煤设备正朝着大功率、重型化方向发展;一些设备的重量已经超过了运输绞车的设计能力,为解决此类问题,一些煤矿企业和科研单位研究了采用动滑轮技术提高斜巷绞车运输能力的方案;分析了动滑轮增力的原理,综述了采用铁滑车、动滑轮车和动滑轮牵引装置3种方案,并对这些方案进行比较分析,其中动滑轮牵引装置结构与设计最为完善,具有良好的推广价值。
The coal mining equipments are developing towards the direction of high power and heavy type. The weight of some equipments are far?beyond?the designed capacity of the transportation winch. In order to solve this problem, technical schemes of improving the transport capacity of inclined lane winch using the movable pulley were researched by some coal mine and scientific research units. This paper analyzed the force-doubling principle of movable pulley, and reviewed three traction schemes using movable pulley, including steel tackle block, movable pulley vehicle and movable pulley traction device, which were compared and analyzed. The movable pulley traction device structure design was most perfect, and had good popularization value.
