摘要
针对刮板输送机过渡槽普遍存在使用寿命短这一问题,根据过渡槽的实际使用工况,结合科研实践,对国内生产的刮板输送机几种主要机型的过渡槽的结构及主要失效状况进行了分析,找出其寿命短的主要原因及薄弱环节,对过渡槽的主要结构参数的合理性进行探讨,初步提出过渡槽设计的基本依据,以提高过渡槽的使用寿命。
According to the head transition section of scraper conveyor actually using conditions, working life is always short. Combined with scientific research, this paper analyzes several structures of head transition section being part of scraper conveyor made in China and finds the main reasons for its short life and weaknesses. Discussing the rationality about the the main structure parameters of head transition section, this paper initially proposes the fundamental basis for the head transition section in order to improve the service life of head transition section.
