摘要
介绍了一种适合在煤矿硬岩进行直孔钻进的高压水锤,详细分析了其工作原理,利用AMESim软件建立了水锤冲击机构模型,结合实际综合考虑了各种参数的设置,进行了仿真分析。通过仿真,得出了冲击活塞和配流阀的位移、速度、冲击活塞前后腔体流量、压力等特性曲线。研究结果为高压水锤结构参数优化设计与冲击特性研究提供了理论依据。
A suitable structure high pressure powered water hammer for vertical drilling in hard rock of coal mine is designed, the working principle of high pressure water hammer is analyzed in detail, the water hammer impact mechanism model is established by AMESim software, combined with the actual considering various parameter settings, the high pressure water hammer is analyzed in the simulation. By simulation, the impact piston and flat valve's displacement, velocity, impact piston cavity flow, pressure and characteristic curve are obtained. The results provide theoretical basis for structure parameter optimization design and impact properties research.
