摘要
以小型轨道车传动轴的优化设计为目标,采用常规优化设计结合可靠性理论的方法,建立多目标优化数学模型。引入权系数表示各目标在优化问题中的重要程度,应用MATLAB优化工具箱进行运算,得出优化结果。结果表明多目标可靠性优化设计的可行性和实用性。
Combined the traditional optimization with the reliability theory, the multi-object optimization mathematical model is established to optimize the design of the transmission shaft used in the small-railcar. Using weighted coefficients to show the priority of each objective function, and then utilizing MATLAB optimum box to calculate to the optimum result. The result shows that the method is feasible and effective.
