摘要
定量装车控制系统是武汉乙烯液体产品公路装卸站的主要组成部分,介绍了定量装车控制系统的主要组成、工作原理和应用现状,探究定量装车过程中的质量流量计测量不准和管线液击的问题,通过分析原因和反复实践,提出相应的防范措施,为今后定量装车系统正确的使用与切实提高工作效率提供了指导。
Quantitative loading control system was a major component of Wuhan ethylene liquid product highway loading and unloading station, which introduced main composition, working principle and application status. The questions that mass flowmeter measurement inaccuracies and liquid hammer in the process of quantitative loading were explored. By analyzing the causes and practicing again and again, the corresponding preventive measures were put forward, which played a very good guide for the correct use and improving work efficiency of the quantitative loading system.
