摘要
介绍了低温熔融法制备不溶性硫磺的生产工艺,讨论了在制备过程中,各种工艺参数对不溶性硫磺高温稳定性的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件:反应温度240℃,反应时间30 min,稳定剂用量0.05%(w)。在最佳工艺条件下,不溶性硫磺在120℃下的高温稳定性达到50%以上。
The technology of producing insoluble sulfur by low temperature melt is presented. The effects of technical parameters on the thermal stability at 120℃ of insoluble sulfur are studied. The optimal technical parameters are determined as follows: reaction temperature is 240 ℃, the mass fraction of stabilizer is 0. 05%. Under the optimal conditions, the thermal stability at 120 ℃of insoluble sulfur is up to 50%.
