摘要
原子吸收分光光度法是基于从光源辐射出具有待测元素特征谱线的光,通过试样蒸气时被蒸气中待测元素基态原子所吸收,由特征谱线被减弱的程度来测定试样中待测元素含量的方法,具有灵敏度高、选择性和重现性好、测定范围广等优点,广泛应用于各个分析领域。本研究主要探讨原子吸收分光光度法在药品金属元素含量测定中的应用。
Atomic absorption spectrophotometry (ASS) refers to a method based on light of characteristic spectral line with elements under determination radiating from optical source,which is absorbed by ground state atom with elements under determination in vapor when passing through sample vapor.The content of elements under determination in the sample is measured by diminished degree of characteristic spectral line.At advantages of high sensitivity,good selectivity and reproducibility,and wide determination range,ASS is extensively applied in every analytical area.The study mainly dis- cusses the application of ASS on content determination of metallic elements in drugs.
