摘要
APC基因编码的APC蛋白是一个多功能抑制肿瘤的蛋白家族,其主要功能是通过下调胞浆内游离的β-连环蛋白(β-catenin)水平发挥肿瘤抑制功能,是Wnt信号通路关键的效应因子。已有研究证实,APC基因在细胞黏附、细胞迁移和染色体分离等基本细胞功能中发挥作用。近期的研究表明,APC蛋白在肠上皮细胞黏附过程中发挥重要的作用。现综述APC蛋白在结直肠癌细胞黏附过程中的作用机制。
Adenomatous polyposis coli(APC) is an important tumor suppressor in the mammalian intestinal epitheli-um. It binds to beta-catenin and its role as a tumor suppressor depends predominantly on its ability to down-regulate soluble beta-catenin. Further studies have suggested that APC plays roles in several other fundamental cellular pro-cesses, including cell adhesion, migration, and chromosome segregation. Recently evidence points to a role for APC in intestinal epithelium cellular adhesion. This article systematic reviews the mechanism of APC protein in colorectal cancer cellular adhesion.
