摘要
近年来,随着我国的高等教育由精英教育阶段逐步过渡到大众化阶段,专转本招生规模不断扩大,随着"专转本"在校生人数的不断增加,"专转本"学生培养过程中的问题也日益显现。由于"专转本"学生求学的特殊经历,他们在转入本科之后大多出现了不适应本科学习的情况。文章在深入分析独立学院专转本学生具体特征的基础上,分析了专转本学生在学习中存在的问题,提出了学风建设的几点措施,以提高学生管理的质量。
Recently, the enrollment of Top-up Program has constantly expanded with the national higher educa- tion gradually transforming from elite education to public education, and with Top-up Program＇s population raising , problems have also increasingly appeared .Due to different study experiences, the students in Top-up Program could not adapt to the study in college after upgrading from junior college. On the base of further analysis about features of Top-up Programs in college, to improve the quality of student management, this article talks about the problems of study in Top-up Program and gives some suggestions.
