摘要
索道集材能降低人力成本,提高效率,降低作业人员的危险。本文研究表明:马尾松人工林索道集材作业效率最高已达6.79m3/h,与传统人力集材相比,索道集材是人力集材效率的4.3倍,成本只有人力集材的3/8;索道集材的时间效率最高为89.89%,其效率还有很大的提升空间,延误的时间80.7%是可以避免的。本研究旨在引进国外先进的采运技术及设备,推动我国的林业集材设备发展,实现我国林业集材机械化,推进林业现代化进程。
The cableway technique was showed that the work efficiency of cablewayskidding peaked at 6.79m3/h, which was 4.3 times more than those of the traditional ones and the cost was 3/8 than traditional ones in pinemassonianaplantation. Moreover, the time efficiency reached a maximum of 89.89%,80.7% ofwhich could be saved. This study will provide a guideline onharvesting wood efficiently in forest management and thus promote the development of modern forest.
