汽车正面40%偏置碰撞驾驶员侧安全性仿真分析 被引量:10

摘要 为减轻驾驶员在40%偏置碰撞中受到的伤害,运用多刚体动力学分析软件(MADYMO)建立包括车体、假人、安全带、气囊等模型的某款车型偏置碰撞的乘员约束系统仿真模型。将仿真结果和实车试验碰撞结果进行对比,验证模型的准确性。在此模型基础上,研究车身绕Y轴、Z轴旋转的角度曲线,对角度波形进行优化分析。同时,研究方向盘角度、前后位移量变化对驾驶员伤害值的影响,用以指导约束系统的碰撞安全性能设计。结果表明,车体绕Z轴先急后缓旋转、方向盘向上调节后,能显著降低驾驶员头部、胸部伤害。 In order to study the driver ’s injury when 40% offset collision happens,the authors use MADYMO software to establish a driver constraint system model for impact simulation for a certain type of car,which includes car body,dummy,safety belts,safety airbag and so on. Simulations and tests are made. The values of simulation are close to those of test. They research and analyse the angular curve around Y and Z axis based on restraint system model to provide directions and goals for improving safety design of type of car. At the same time,they explore the effects of parameters which include the angle and displacement of steering-wheel on driver ’s injury. The results show that spinning slowly down gradually around Z axis and adjusting the steering-wheel upward can greatly reduce the injury of head and chest.
