摘要
传统农业主要服务于食品生产,其高度集约化的生产模式带来了许多环境问题。社区支持农业具有农业多功能特性且发展迅速,受到了国内外的普遍关注。本文基于食品安全视角对社区支持农业的功能、机制进行分析,并探讨了社区支持农业的发展前景,为绿色生态休闲农业发展提供了可选择的方案。
Traditional agriculture mainly serves food production. The highly intensive production mode of traditional agriculture brings some environmental problems. Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) has received widespread attention at home and abroad due to its multi-functionality of agriculture and rapid development. This paper carried out an analysis on function and mechanism of CSA from the perspective of food safety and discusses the development prospect of the CSA and proposes alternative approaches for the development of green ecological leisure agriculture.
