摘要
近年,美国发生多起食品安全事故,筑起以食品安全标准为代表的技术性贸易壁垒,加剧了中国食品出口企业市场准入难度。面对美国的食品营养标签壁垒、食品残留物限量壁垒、HACCP管理体系壁垒,我国食品出口企业应深化技术革新,提高产品技术附加值。我国政府相关部门应完善食品安全条例力求与国际接轨;建立应对食品安全贸易壁垒预警机制;必要时开创性地采用"一篮子标准"解决贸易争端。
In recent years,food safety incidents occurred frequently in the United States,which limited China's food export enterprises' access to the U.S. market. In face of food nutrition label barrier,food residue limit barrier,food HACCP management system barrier,Chinese food exporting enterprises should deepen technology innovation,enhance the added technical value of the product. Our government department should keep the food safety standards internationally compatible,establish early warning mechanism to food safety barrier,adopt 'a basket of standards' creatively when necessary.
