摘要
随着我国罗非鱼出口美国数量的增加,美国构筑日益严苛的食品安全贸易壁垒对我国进行限制,研究和掌握美国复杂的食品安全标准,分析其对我国罗非鱼出口的影响,从政府、行业和企业提出应对措施,将有助于提高我国罗非鱼的质量安全,增加罗非鱼出口美国的数量。
With the increase of export amount of Chinese tilapia to America,America builds increasingly harsh food safety barriers to restrict Chinese exported tilapia. In order to improve the quality safety of Chinese tilapia and increase the export amount of Chinese tilapia to America,the safety and hygiene standards of food of America were studied and grasped,the impact of it on the export of Chinese tilapia was analyzed,then the countermeasures of government and enterprises were put forward.
