摘要
目的:探讨锁定钢板治疗跟骨关节内骨折的临床疗效。方法:40例累及距下关节的跟骨关节内骨折患者,采用切开复位锁定钢板内固定治疗。结果:患者术后随访12-18个月,所有骨折均获骨性愈合。参照Maryland足部评分系统评定,优良率为92.5%(37/40)。结论:锁定钢板治疗跟骨关节内骨折疗效肯定,是较理想的内固定方法。
Objective： To investigate the curative effects for treating intra-articular calcaneal fractures with locking compression plate.Methods：40 intra-articular calcaneal fractures patients were treated with locking compression plate and internal ifxation.Results：All the patients were followed up for 12-18 months and got bony healing. According to Maryland Foot Score, the excellent and good rate was 92.5% （37/40）.Conclusions： The curative effects for treating intra-articular calcaneal fractures with locking compression plate is good, and it is a optimal internal ifxation method for intra-articular calcaneal fractures.
